Shipping & Returns
Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issue a refund right away. We endeavour to deliver in timeframes outlined in the Delivery section, however are reliant upon third party carriers such as Royal Mail so cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (e.g. packaging). The packaging including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs.
Returns can also be taken back to our store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. Your purchase must be in its original condition (unworn) and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. The item including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. All goods must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
